Andrea Young leads Advantage Sales, Advantage Unified Commerce, Waypoint and R2 Solutions and has global oversight of Club Demonstration Services.
She previously served as co-president, Advantage Customer Experience, directing the vision, strategy and growth of the division’s global portfolio of retailer-centric experiential marketing businesses. Prior to joining Advantage in 2011 as senior vice president, experiential marketing, Young served in senior sales, operations and business integration roles at multiple agencies within Omnicom Group.
Young is a founding member of the Advantage Diversity, Equity & Inclusion board.
President, Advantage Sales Tom Michaelis is responsible for Advantage’s North America sales organization, including headquarter sales services; retail services; enabling technology; analytics, insights and intelligence services; and business process outsourcing.
Prior to joining Advantage in 2020 as president, Advantage Sales Canada, he served as president of Liviva Foods and held senior leadership roles, including interim president, Canada and vice president, customer development, during a three-decade career at Unilever.
Jill Blanchard is responsible for implementing client-driven initiatives across Advantage Solutions and for leading Advantage Sales’ client services and enterprise development teams.
She previously served as president of BrandLoyalty, provider of loyalty programs for grocery retail. Earlier in her career, she was president, CEO and board member of SPAR Group and held senior client services, marketing and sales roles with HAVI and Nielsen.
Joe Driscoll leads Advantage’s drug channel business, Advantage Consumer Healthcare and JLB, a retail consultancy for Target that includes the Bump Club & Beyond agency and community for parents and parents-to-be. Driscoll oversees efforts to accelerate clients’ growth through sales representation, shopper marketing strategy, creative strategy, merchandising, retail support, consumer research, supply chain support and business analytics. He also leads teams responsible for the development of trend research, thought leadership and category management for Target and key retail partners in the drug channel.
Driscoll previously served as CEO of Pearson’s Candy Company, CEO of Kill Cliff Inc. and senior vice president of marketing for Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP Popcorn and, earlier in his career, spent 12 years at General Mills Inc., where he led the acquisition and integration of Immaculate Baking Company.
Ron Woolsey is president of R2 Solutions, Advantage’s boutique sales and marketing agency. He also leads the Advantage Fresh headquarter team and the home center, value and pet channels for Advantage Sales and has been instrumental in developing Advantage Sales’ headquarter channel solutions, retail technology and retail go-to-market strategy.
Woolsey serves as the executive sponsor of Inspire, Advantage Solutions’ Inspire employee resource group.
Prior joining Advantage in 2013 as executive vice president, sales, Woolsey held leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company and PepsiCo Inc.
Andy Keenan leads Advantage Sales’ dedicated and syndicated retail teams, merchandising services, retail sales analytics and retail business development and works with Advantage’s IT team on retail technology innovation.
He began his career at Advantage in 2004 as a retail sales specialist.
Nick Patterson is responsible for building business through new and existing client relationships.
He previously served as executive vice president and general manager of AMP Agency, an Advantage Marketing Partners agency, and as senior vice president of marketing, sales and operations at Advantage. Earlier in his career he held various sales and marketing roles at Procter & Gamble, where his work won two Gold Cannes Lions awards.
Mark Larrabee leads the Advantage Military organization, overseeing headquarter sales services; enabling technology; analytics, insights and intelligence; and retail services. He also oversees the convenience store channel for Advantage Sales.
Earlier in his career, Larrabee held leadership positions spanning retail, business management and business development during 30 years with Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. and Mars Wrigley U.S.
