Lisa Klauser leads the Advantage Sales division, including headquarter sales services; enabling technology; analytics, insights and intelligence; retail services; and business process outsourcing.
She previously served as president of Advantage Solutions’ shopper marketing division. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Klauser spent 19 years at Unilever, including serving as vice president of consumer and customer solutions and as a member of Unilever’s North American Executive Leadership Team.
Tom Michaelis leads the U.S. Grocery and Administrative Services teams; the natural/specialty and drug channels; the Target, Costco, Walmart and IBC businesses and the Advantage Sales and marketing operations in Canada.
Prior to joining Advantage in 2020, he served as president of Liviva Foods and held a number of senior leadership roles, including interim president, Canada and vice president, customer development during a three-decade career at Unilever.
Ron Woolsey leads the Advantage Fresh headquarter team and the Value, Pet and Home Center & Hardware channels. He also serves as president of R2 Solutions, the separately run boutique sales and marketing agency within the Advantage network.
Prior joining Advantage, Woolsey held leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company and PepsiCo Inc.
Jill Blanchard is responsible for managing and growing Advantage’s relationship with national clients and overseeing key enterprise-wide activities.
She previously served as president of BrandLoyalty, provider of loyalty programs for grocery retail. Earlier in her career, she was president, CEO and board member of SPAR Group and held senior client services, marketing and sales roles with HAVI and Nielsen.
Andy Keenan leads Advantage Sales’ dedicated and syndicated retail teams, merchandising services, retail analytics and retail business development and works with Advantage’s IT team on retail technology innovation.
He began his career at Advantage in 2004 as a retail sales specialist.
Nick Patterson is responsible for building business through new and existing client relationships.
He previously served as executive vice president and general manager of AMP Agency, an Advantage Marketing Partners agency, and as senior vice president of marketing, sales and operations at Advantage. Earlier in his career he held various sales and marketing roles at Procter & Gamble, where his work won two Gold Cannes Lions awards.
Kimberly Senter leads the Analytics, Insights & Intelligence team, which delivers insights, thought leadership and advanced category, customer and shopper analytics in support of agency clients, customers and enterprise solutions.
She previously held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Samsung Electronics America and, earlier in her career, sales and marketing roles at Unilever, Warner Lambert, Nielsen, Seagram and Catalina Marketing.
Mark Larrabee leads the Advantage sales organization for ASLLC (dba Advantage Military), overseeing headquarter sales services; enabling technology; analytics, insights and intelligence; and retail services. He also oversees the Convenience Store channel.
Earlier in his career, Larrabee held leadership positions spanning retail, business management and business development during 30 years with Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. and Mars Wrigley U.S.
