Lisa Klauser

PRESIDENT, Advantage Sales

President, Advantage Sales Lisa Klauser oversees headquarter sales services; enabling technology; analytics, insights and intelligence; retail services; and business process outsourcing.

She previously served as president of the shopper division, including IN Connected and EDGE Marketing, leading these practices to market leadership. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Klauser spent 19 years at Unilever, including serving as vice president of consumer and customer solutions and a member of Unilever’s North American Executive Leadership Team.

Ron Woolsey

PRESIDENT, SALES OPERATIONS

As president, sales operations, Ron Woolsey is responsible for all sales operations, including headquarter and retail for U.S. grocery, natural and specialty, fresh, Walmart sales businesses (excluding SAS), small format, military, home center, healthcare and Canada.

Previously, as executive vice president of retail operations, Woolsey defined Advantage’s retail strategy and developed a reputation with clients for designing customized retail solutions. He also held leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company’s Pepperidge Farm division and PepsiCo Inc.

Christopher Cuello

Executive Vice President, General Manager, Client Development

As executive vice president, general manager, client development, Chris Cuello is responsible for winning new clients and managing relationships with existing clients.

During his career, Cuello has focused on sustainability, innovation management, turnaround and cross-functional transformation, and developing emerging leaders. Prior to joining Advantage, he held senior leadership roles at Mars Chocolate North America, where he was recognized as a Top 100 leader and honored with the Pyramid Award by the Public Relations Society of America.

Susan Gambardella

Executive Vice President, Growth Channels

Executive Vice President, Growth Channels Susan Gambardella leads Advantage's BJ's, Costco and Target business, as well as the small format, club store and military channels.

She previously held leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where she served as the chair of Coca-Cola’s Women’s Leadership Council, and at Procter & Gamble. She is past chair of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and serves on the board of directors for Girls Inc. and The Atlanta Women’s Foundation.

Shawn McMillian

Executive Vice President, General Manager U.S. Supermarket Sales & Operations

As executive vice president and general manager, Shawn McMillian leads Advantage’s U.S. grocery, natural and specialty, and fresh businesses. He also leads business administration and the Promopoint national retail promotion agency.

McMillian has held strategic leadership roles in large blue-chip consumer packaged goods companies, small and mid-sized companies, and private equity ownership organizations, including Dean Foods and The Coca-Cola Company, where he focused on maximizing organizational efficiency, leading change and empowering others to succeed.

Lori Stillman

Executive Vice President, Analytics, Insights & Intelligence

Executive Vice President, Analytics, Insights & Intelligence Lori Stillman leads the delivery of insights; thought leadership; and category, customer, shopper and advanced analytics in support of agency clients, customers and enterprise solutions.

She previously held leadership roles at Information Resources Inc. and the Nielsen Company. Stillman serves on the Global Market Development Center’s Retail Tomorrow Advisory Board.
